Ingredients

4 oz - FILET MIGNON STEAK
2 fl oz - WINE, RED TABLE
1/4 tsp - ONION POWDER
2 large - MUSHROOM, RAW
1/4 tsp - DILL WEED, DRIED
1 dash - PEPPER, BLACK, GROUND
1/8 tsp - GARLIC POWDER
1 whole - TOMATO, RED, RIPE, RAW, June thru October average (2-3/5'' dia)
1/4 tsp - PARSLEY, DRIED
1 tsp - BREAD CRUMBS, ITALIAN, Italian, dry, grated

Directions

Soak the filet in wine for 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Sprinkle with onion powder and place on broiler pan. Remove stems from mushroom caps and chop the stems finely; mix with the dill weed, pepper, and garlic powder. Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture and place on broiler pan next to the filet. Cut the tomato in half; sprinkle with parsley and bread crumbs; place them next to the filet. Spoon the remaining wine over the filet and mushrooms. Put the pan under the broiler for for 5 minutes then turn the filet and broil for 5 minutes more. Place on warm serving platter and enjoy!!
