Ingredients

2 fillets - HALIBUT, RAW
1 tbsp - BUTTER, REGULAR
2 tbsp - LEMON JUICE
1/8 tsp - SALT, TABLE
2 tbsp - PARSLEY, RAW
1 fruit - LEMON, RAW, W/PEEL, w/o seeds

Directions

Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Arrange halibut steaks in skillet. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover skillet and simmer 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serve with parsley and lemon wedges.
