French Toast Delight

Ingredients

2 tbsp - Butter Buds, Liquid, Make by combining one 1/2 oz. pkt. with hot water. Refrigerate in sealed container.
1 tsp - CINNAMON, GROUND
1/3 cup - MILK, COW'S, NONFAT
1 cup - EGG SUBSTITUTE, LIQUID
1/4 cup - PANCAKE SYRUP, LOWER CALORIE, ''70% calorie reduced'' maple flavor
1 tsp - VANILLA EXTRACT
8 slices - MIXED GRAIN BREAD, Bread, mixed-grain (includes whole-grain, 7-grain)

Directions

1) Mix the egg substitute, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla in a shallow pan or bowl.
2) Dip the bread in the batter mix, then cook in a nonstick pan at medium heat with the liquid Butter Buds. You may use a vegetable oil spray if desired.
3) Serve with a tablespoon of pancake syrup each. One serving is two slices of French Toast.

Note: To make liquid Butter Buds, mix one packet (1/2 oz. - 8 level tsps) with 1/2 cup of water (4 fl. oz.) Mix vigorously. Store in refrigerator in a tightly covered container.
