Ingredients

1 lb - TURKEY BREAST, ROASTED, fryer-roasters, meat/skin
15 cherrys - TOMATO, RED
3/4 cup - BREAD CRUMBS, SEASONED, dry, grated
1/2 cup - MILK, NONFAT
2 eggwhite (large) - EGG WHITE, RAW
1/4 cup - ONION, BOILED, UNSALTED, Onions, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt
1/2 tsp - MAYONNAISE, LESS FAT, less fat, cholesterol free
1 tbsp - PARSLEY, DRIED
1/2 tsp - PEPPER, BLACK, GROUND, Spices, pepper, black

Directions

In a large bowl, combine egg whites, bread crumbs, milk, onion, salt, oregano, pepper, and parsley. Add ground turkey and mix well. Shape 1/4 cup of meat mixture evenly around each tomato, so that the tomato sits inside of the meatball. Place in baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
