Tips

  1. You can choose where you would like to place the food item in your food diary (click on breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack under the "Meal" column in the table).
  2. Click on the "Add Checked Items to Food Diary" button and the item will be automatically added to your food diary (under "Today's Diary").
  3. When on the Diary page, you can then click the Food Calorie Calculator "Quick Link" and return to the Food Calorie Calculator.
  4. Also, please note that if you want to add a group of food items to your Diary all at once, instead of clicking on the "Add Checked Items to Food Diary" button simply click on the "Search for More" button. You can keep adding foods to get a running total and when you're done simply designate breakfast/lunch/dinner or snack, check the box next to each food item you want to add to your food diary, and then click on the "Add Checked Items to Food Diary" button if you want to save the list.
