Ingredients

1 medium - APPLE, RAW, 3 per lb. (2.75'' dia)
1/8 tsp - CINNAMON, GROUND
1/8 oz - APPLE JUICE, UNSWEETENED, frozen
10 raisins - RAISIN, SEEDLESS

Directions

Core the apple and scrape off the skin from the top 1/2 inch of the apple. Sprinkle the cinnamon into the core cavity. Add the apple juice and raisins. Place in small baking dish. bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until fork tender. Can be refrigerated for another day.
