Ingredients

1 can - CHICKEN, CANNED, meat only w/broth
1/4 cup - CELERY, RAW, diced
3 tbsp - SALAD DRESSING, MAYO-TYPE, LIGHT
1 tbsp - ONION, RAW, chopped
1 tsp - LEMON JUICE, CANNED OR BOTTLED
4 slices - WHOLE WHEAT BREAD, CP, commercially prep
2 medium leaf - BUTTERHEAD LETTUCE, RAW, includes Boston & Bibb types
4 medium slice - TOMATO, RED, RIPE, RAW, June thru October average (1/4'' thick)

Directions

Drain canned chicken. Chop celery and onions.

Combine chicken, celery, mayo, onions, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Mix well.

Divide chicken mixture between bread slices. Top with lettuce, tomato.
