Ingredients

1/4 cup (diced) - CELERY, RAW
1 tsp - CHILI POWDER
1/4 tsp - CUMIN SEED
2 tbsp - GARLIC, RAW
2 cup (shredded) - LETTUCE, RAW
1/2 cup (sliced) - ONION, RAW
1/4 tsp - RED OR CAYENNE PEPPER
2 cups - TOMATO, CANNED, cup, peeled, whole, in juice
1 cup, chopped or sliced - TOMATO, RAW
4 tortillas - TORTILLA, CORN
1 lb - TURKEY, GROUND, RAW

Directions

Brown turkey over medium heat in a nonstick skillet. Add canned tomatoes, onions, celery and spices. Cover, reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes. Place turkey taco meat into corn tortillas and top with lettuce and diced tomatoes. Serves 2-5
