Petit Meat Loaf Tomatoes

Ingredients

1 1/2 tbsp - OLIVE OIL, salad or cooking
1/4 cup - ONION, RAW, chopped
0.13 cup - CELERY, RAW, diced
4 larges - TOMATO, RED, RIPE, RAW (3'' dia)
1/2 tbsp - STEAK SAUCE
1/2 lb - TURKEY, GROUND, RAW
3/4 tsp - SALT, TABLE
0.13 tsp - BLACK PEPPER, GROUND, black
1 tbsp - PARSLEY, RAW
4 smalls - MUSHROOM, RAW

Directions

1) Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees.
2) Cut off top of tomatoes and scoop out, saving the pulp.
3) Pour oil into a 9 by 12 inch baking pan. Add onion, celery and scooped out tomato pulp and bake 6 to 7 minutes.
4) Pour mixture into a bowl and add steak sauce, meat, salt, pepper and parsley. Mix well.
5) Stuff tomatoes lightly with meat mixture. Top each with a mushroom, return pan to oven and bake about 30 minutes.
