Deviled Egg

Ingredients

1/8 tsp - CELERY SALT
1/2 cup - EGG SUBSTITUTE, LIQUID
12 eggwhite (large) - EGG WHITE
1/4 cup - MAYONNAISE, NONFAT, ''Free''
3 tbsp - MUSTARD, PREPARED, YELLOW, prep, yellow
1/2 tsp - PAPRIKA
3 tbsp - PICKLE RELISH, SWEET

Directions

1) Hard boil the eggs. Peel them and slice then lengthwise. (You can throw away the yolks.)
2) In a covered medium nonstick saucepan, cook the egg substitute over low heat for about 10 minutes or until the egg just sets. Turn off the heat and let stand for about 10 minutes, then remove from the saucepan and allow the egg substitute to cool completely.
3) Chop the cooked egg substitute, put it in a medium bowl and add the relish, mayonnaise, mustard, celery salt. Blend well with a fork.
4) Use a small spoon to fill the egg white halves with this mixture.
5) Sprinkle with the paprika and refrigerate until ready to serve.
