Ingredients

5 balls (cantaloupe) - CANTALOUPE, RAW, cantaloupe balls
1/4 cup - APPLE, RAW, sliced
6 grape (seedless) - GRAPE, RAW, red or green, seedless
4 oz - SOUR CREAM, NONFAT
1/8 oz - APPLE JUICE, UNSWEETENED
1/2 tsp - LEMON PEEL, RAW

Directions

Place the fruit in a dessert dish. Stir the sour cream and the concentrated apple juice together; swirl it on top of the fruit. Sprinkle the fruit with grated lemon peel. Can be made with any fruit in season.
