Pears with Mint Chocolate

Ingredients

4 pears - PEAR, RAW, 2.5 pears per lb
1/2 fl oz - ORANGE LIQUEUR
8 pieces - CHOCOLATE COVERED MINTS
8 grape (seedless) - GRAPE, red or green
8 tbsp - WHIPPED TOPPING, frozen ''Lite''

Directions

Use 8 canned pear halves, or 4 fresh pears. If using fresh pears, peel, core and halve the pears. Cook in water with a little sugar until soft to the touch. Drain well.

Place drained pear halves on an ovenproof plate. Sprinkle with liqueur. Put one chocolate covered mint on top of each pear half.

Bake or broil pears in oven at 375 F to 400 F for 10 to 15 minutes until chocolate is melted.

Remove from oven. Garnish with whipped topping and grapes.
