Ingredients

3/4 lbs - BEEF ROUND, EYE OF, ROASTED, trimmed to 1/4'' fat, select
8 slice (thin) - RYE BREAD
4 tbsp - HORSERADISH, PREPARED
1/2 cup - CATSUP/KETCHUP
4 medium leaf - ICEBERG LETTUCE, RAW, includes crisphead types
4 small - PICKLE, DILL, cucumber

Directions

Spread horseradish over one side of each slice of bread. Divide sliced roast beef between half the bread slices and top with ketchup, lettuce and remaining bread slices. Serve with dill pickle
