1 quart - MILK, 1% FAT
4 medium - BANANA, RAW, 7'' to 7-7/8'' long
2 tsp - VANILLA EXTRACT
1/2 tsp - CINNAMON, GROUND

Directions

Peel and freeze bananas.

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. If desired, add a dash of almond extract.
