Ingredients

1 large - GRAPEFRUIT, RAW (4.5'' dia)
1 oz - APPLE JUICE, UNSWEETENED, frozen
1/8 tsp - CINNAMON, GROUND

Directions

Cut the grapefruit in half and use a small knife to loosen the segments. Spread the apple juice on the grapefruit and sprinkle lightly with the cinnamon. Broil for several minutes, or until lightly browned.
