1 cup - EGG SUBSTITUTE, LIQUID
2 servings - ENGLISH MUFFIN, PLAIN
2 servings - Hollandaise Sauce, Low fat
1/4 tsp - PAPRIKA
4 slices - TURKEY BREAST, SMOKED, 3% FAT, smoked, 97% fat-free ''Deli-Thin''

Directions

1) Prepare the Hollandaise Sauce recipe.
2) Poach the egg substitute into four individual eggs. (If you prefer, you may microwave them.)
3) Toast the English Muffins.
4) Put the turkey slices over each muffin half, place an egg over each. Pour the Hollandaise Sauce over each egg, then garnish with paprika.
