Ingredients

4 eggwhite (large)
3 oz - POTATO, HASH BROWNS, PLAIN, frozen,
1 dash - SALT, TABLE
2 tbsp - GREEN ONION, fresh, chopped

Directions

Spray a small teflon skillet with cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes, and cook until all sides are browned. Remove potatoes and spray skillet once again with cooking spray. Replace potatoes, and add egg whites, salt and chopped green onions. Stir constantly until eggs are firm. Serves one.
