Ingredients

16 oz - TURKEY, GROUND, extra lean, 97% fat-free, contains no skin
1/2 cup - ONION, BOILED
1/2 cup - CELERY, BOILED, diced
1 teaspoon - HORSERADISH, PREPARED
1 tsp - SOY SAUCE
1/4 tsp - SALT, TABLE
2 dashs - PEPPER, BLACK, GROUND
1/2 tsp - GARLIC POWDER
1/2 tsp - PARSLEY, DRIED
4 eggwhites (large)
4 buns - HAMBURGER BUN, CRUSHED WHEAT

Directions

Puree the onions and celery. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and form into 5 oz. patties. Grill until each side is brown and center is cooked. place between a whole wheat bun and top with lettuce, tomato, and any other desired condiments. Serves 4.
