wanting to take more time away from her family, morning after morning
before her children are even awake, Crystal rises with the sun to exercise.
She started out by walking and then running and finally adding some weights
to her routine. And now she has several favorite workout videos. She takes
the stairs to work, parks at the end of the parking lot at the grocery

activity into her life – no matter how small or how busy
she is.

- Eat smaller portions

- Eat more fruits
and vegetables

and low-fat products such as non-fat dressing, sugar substitutes, low-fat
cheese, etc.
- Drink water, drink
water, drink water, and then – drink water.
And as for plateaus,
Crystal says she’s had her share of them, too. She encourages

is adjusting to something new. Don’t worry about the scale
too much, base your success on how well your clothes fit you!
