"I exercise 20 minutes a day, seven days a week. But everyday is different. I'm on the treadmill one day. A bicycle the next. One day I might swim. Another will be jump rope and weights," according to Elise, who explains that keeping her exercises varied keeps her from getting bored with any one of them.
